Lounge access is usually tied to cards with annual fees in the hundreds. If you fly once or twice a year, a single-entry pass costs a fraction of that and you are not carrying a card for it.
Gate areas are loud and power sockets are scarce. Lounges have proper seating, reliable Wi-Fi and outlets, so a call or an hour of work is actually possible.
Airport meals are expensive everywhere. The buffet, hot dishes and drinks are all included in the pass, so two people eating once covers most of what it cost.
Pre-dawn departures are the worst part of flying. Some lounges run 24 hours or open late, so you can shower and rest before boarding.
Pick an airport to see its partner lounges. Opening hours and entry rules are set by each lounge and posted at the desk.

Show it at the lounge desk on the day, with your passport and boarding pass. That is the whole process.

No. The pass itself is the entry document — no membership card and no particular credit card. Show it at the lounge desk. For the Oriental Club Lounge at Taipei you will need the Priority Pass app installed, because entry is processed through it; our confirmation email includes the download links.
Each lounge sets its own limit. At Taipei Taoyuan, Plaza Premium allows 2 hours and the Oriental Club 3 hours on a Priority Pass entry. What is posted at the desk is what counts, and staying longer may cost extra.
There is no single rule. Priority Pass states that each lounge sets its own child policy: many charge children as adults, some admit under a certain age free.Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will confirm with that lounge before issuing anything, so you are not buying passes you did not need or discovering a surcharge at the desk.
Once a pass is issued it cannot be refunded — that is the nature of the ticket and we cannot cancel it upstream. If yours has not been issued yet, contact us as early as you can and we will change the date or sort something out.
A day ahead is comfortable. Same-day is often possible — message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it — but we cannot promise it.
The lounge desk checks the passport against the pass. A misspelling or a reversed given/family name can get you refused, and a pass usually cannot be amended once issued — so check both against your passport when you book.
Yes. Group, travel agency and corporate bookings are priced separately — tell us how many people and which dates.
